The immediate target group, addressed in the short-term is IT professional working in SMEs with a large influence of the inclusion of women. The short-term impact will be their improved knowledge in the area covered by the training content, improved ICT skills, greater knowledge gained through experiencing innovative training method. The long-term impact on this target group will be improved awareness of such innovative “visionary” training solutions, helping them gain knowledge in a time restrictive society.

The short-term impact on the SME sector, will create better trained and more qualified employees, who will be able to work more efficiently at the same time make SME more competitive. They will be impacted in the long-term by familiarising with a better VET practice.

Long-term the target group will also be training organisations who will include this training method in their offer, young people with technical diplomas and Teachers of technical/IT subjects who will get training through this innovative, complex system of m-learning supported by e-learning. By using the Guide–the product-training institutions and Teachers will be able to create their own didactic material similar in approach to the one created and tested in the project.
